- Access for all the participants is permitted only based on the Participant Badge which can be picked up from the Registration Desk.
- In case a participant doesn’t present the participant badge, the organizers have the right to restrict his/her access to the event.
- Participants will choose their seats on “first come, first serve” basis. Therefore, we recommend to plan for an early arrival at the premises.
Please note that your registration will only be valid after successful payment.
The value of the Participation Fee is the one from the moment of payment, according to the deadlines from the FEES chart.
For the participants who register and pay the Participation Fee after the 1st of September 2022 we can’t guarantee the congress materials.
When you use Bank transfer, please specify the name and surname of the participant you are paying for and the event (ex. Name/Surname/Participation Fee for RSN Congress 2022).
Transactions are made in RON at the exchange rate of your bank, regardless of the currency you have in your account. After finalizing the payment, please be so kind to send a copy of the document to the Congress Secretariat, by e-mailing it at office@dimas.com.ro.

Requests for cancellation received between the 1st of September 2022 and the 15th of September 2022 – 50% will be refunded.
No refunds will be made on or after the 16th of September 2022.
Cancellations and refunds:
Requests for cancellation of meeting and guest registrations and all ticketed events must be received in writing at the RSN Congress Secretariat no later than the 1st of September 2022, in order to receive a full refund less a 30€ processing fee.
Requests for cancellation received between the 1st of September 2022 and the 15th of September 2022 – 50% will be refunded.
No refunds will be made on or after the 16th of September 2022.
